Reservation Rules

Reservations are accepted and confirmed electronically.

For reservation, please give the name of the person making the reservation, 
reservation date, type of suite required and telephone number for contact purposes.

In order to confirm the reservation and obtain a reservation guarantee an advance payment of 50% is required.

Deadline for Payment:
3 working days for payments in PLN
5 working days for payments in EUR and USD

If you change your reservation date or you cancel your stay for any reasons independent to Villa Toscana, the deposit will not be refundable.


Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in 1600 hrs
Check-out 1200 hrs

Check in after 10 pm requires earlier notification by telephone

Failure in arriving before 10 pm without earlier phone notification will automatically cancel your stay.
